Self-taught chef, cocktail-obsessed creative, and full-time nostalgic millennial.

This all started as a joke. One night, my husband Matt and I recreated the iconic spaghetti kiss scene from Lady and the Tramp, just for fun. I filmed it. Posted it. And suddenly, people got it. They wanted that kind of magic in their own kitchens too.

What began as one silly dinner turned into a weekly tradition - and then a full-blown business. I now create fully themed Dinner & a Movie nights inspired by Disney, Pixar, and other iconic films. Each night includes a custom menu with a cinematic cocktail (or mocktail), appetizer, main course, and dessert - all crafted to feel like the movie came to life on your plate.

Since launching my first digital cookbook in 2023, I’ve released six more, including a best-selling drink book and Halloween collection. The Fairytale Foodie community has grown to over 125,000 fans - families, couples, and movie lovers who are turning regular nights into unforgettable memories.
